Dior Miami
The visual communication of the project for the facade of Dior Miami has developed from the dialogue between +fortuna, BarbaritoBancel architectes and the building itself. The idea of a building evoking in its shell the soft and waving pleats of a dress has been translated in the illustrative materials by putting in evidence drawings and sketches through which the two designers with grace and lightness tell the genesis of the project. Their sketches explain the duality between the immutability of architecture and the ephemeral, changing character of fashion. Elegance is seen as the place where the two opposing worlds meet. The curved panel, symbol of Dior’s elegance, is therefore adopted as the distinctive element of the communication. Folders, brochures, sheets, etc have been designed following the breath of the architectural design, the attention to details and to the light as the element that creates the movement of surfaces.
